Lauren is 27 years old and has been a coach for 5 years in person and online. She started her online coaching business while finishing her Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and launched it in the winter of 2020. She believes that by focusing less on aesthetics and more on how you feel + strength training, you can build confidence and be your strongest & leanest self. Lauren loves coaching clients who have intermediate experience in the gym & tracking macros/calories and works best with women who are frustrated and ready to make serious sustainable changes to their lives + get strong af.

Lexi is 32 years old and works full-time as a flight attendant in addition to coaching clients online. She started working with Built by You as a client first on Lauren's roster in 2023 and was hired as our first AC in July 2024 after she took her CPT exam. She loves to travel, has a never-ending social calendar most months, and she and Lauren both love watching dating reality TV shows. Lexi loves coaching women who don't have a traditional 9-5 schedule or travel a lot for their jobs because she has first-hand experience from flying. She loves women who have some experience in the gym & tracking macros/calories and works best with women who are looking to build consistent routines and lose fat and gain strength while being busy.

Natalia ("Nat") is 26 years old and works as a full-time online coach in addition to being a bikini division competitor. She started working with Built by You in early 2025 after coaching on her own for a couple of years. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and Nutrition and has a huge love for pushing herself to her fullest potential. Nat loves coaching women who struggle to find balance between work, life, school, friends, and fitness. She also struggled with an eating disorder earlier on in her life and holds space for women who have or are currently struggling with similar experiences. She likes to coach women who have experience in the gym and work best with those who are ready to be pushed and held to high standards.
